Why we founded ExSeCo
With over 30 years of experience in transport & logistics, Philippe has had almost every possible job in the industry, from bike courier to board member of a multinational company. He founded ExSeCo after a couple of disappointing experiences with recruiters in the sector.
Philippe: “Twice in a row, I was mismatched. I was perfectly suited to perform both jobs, but there was no fit with the context and values of the company. With ExSeCo, I want to deliver a better experience for transport & logistics candidates and companies alike.
This means that we won’t introduce a candidate unless we’re 100% sure of a long-term match, even if we think they have a good shot of getting hired nonetheless.”
