What are your rights and how to exercise them?

Ph Plus (PH+) considers it important that you always retain control over the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of the rights below, please contact us at philippe@exseco.be. We will respond without undue delay and in any event within one month of receipt of your request.

Right of access

You have the right to access your personal data and to receive a copy thereof, provided this does not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others. The first copy will be provided free of charge.

Right to rectification

If the personal data we hold about you are inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have them corrected or completed.

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data — meaning the data may only be stored and used for limited purposes — where: you contest the accuracy of the data; the processing is unlawful but you oppose erasure; we no longer need the data but you require them for a legal claim; or you have objected to processing pending a decision.

Right to data portability

Where processing is based on your consent and carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to have them transferred directly to another controller where technically feasible.

Right to object

Where personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time and free of charge, including in the case of profiling related to direct marketing.

Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)

You have the right to request erasure of your personal data where they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, where you withdraw your consent, where the data have been unlawfully processed, or where erasure is required by law. Exceptions apply where processing is necessary for freedom of expression, public health, archiving in the public interest, compliance with a legal obligation, or the establishment or defence of legal claims.

Right to withdraw consent

Where you have given your consent to a particular processing activity, you can withdraw it at any time. We will make this as easy as possible, and in any event no more difficult than giving consent in the first place.

Right to object to automated individual decision-making

Where your personal data are used in the context of automated individual decision-making with legal or other significant effects, you can request that we stop or restrict such processing, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for doing so.
